Notes: This was done using watercolours and coloured pencils. It's Jack, my old badger rat. I drew this the night I realised that he was showing signs of becoming paralysed within the next few days or weeks, as is common in older rats. This was merely him (or perhaps partly me) in quiet acceptance of the inevitable, hence why his feet are curled in. Needless to say, most people don't think this is so cute once they realise why I drew it. Jack died shortly afterwards.
