Brixton disapproves

Notes:
This is Brixton and Qwerty in their domestic days, in their cage. I’m not exactly sure where Qwerty got the hat from....neither is Brixton, apparently.
The difficulties I face with Brixton are that, showing the proper feudal spirit, he is very reserved about his dislike for things. As such, he tends to show a lot of his emotions via facial expressions. And those expressions themselves are subtle.
And he's a rat, which don't lend themselves hugely well to facial expressions at the best of times.
Altogether, he’s a bit of a challenge for me, with his stupid shiny fur, hat ears, bent nose, and 'overweight but not really FAT' body structure. But I am enjoying learning my way around him.
Qwerty isn't such a problem. He's a fairly simple character with regards to his structure and attitude. If you can draw vacantly happy, you can draw Qwerty. There isn't a lot hovering underneath the surface with him, but there is for Brixton.
